So, giving employees the leverage to use a shuttle or cab that comes to pick them up from your company’s side can be an added advantage for you. Or else, you should keep the working hours flexible.

Stress is caused to your employee already due to multiple personal life happenings, work shouldn’t be one of them. So, try to limit the stress triggers like making them overwork, or setting unreal expectations or project completion dates. If you are a manager or colleague, be a good one, don’t create or foster a negative environment.
- Have a good attendance policy-
A great attendance policy is a necessity to make the employee respect the policy and not abuse it. Some companies have such a stringent attendance policy that employees cannot do anything but go against it. Understand that your employees have a life after work and office too. They may need a break in the form of vacation or staycation to rejuvenate themselves. So, include holidays, leaves, and keep the timings flexible so that employees love coming to office daily and don’t feel pressurized. Give them PTO and decide the steps you will take to reduce the cost of employee absences.
