  • Bend forward and keep your hips on the kneels

  • Your arms must be alongside your body with your hands properly placed on the floor

  • On your thighs, you must press your chest
  • Hold on for a moment
  • Try to come up slowly to the heels
  • Try to uncurl by vertebra by vertebra and then relax

Setu Bandhasana
